Cookie Policy

What we track, and why.

We use a few cookies to see how the site is doing and to sharpen our marketing. Here's exactly what runs, why, and how to turn it off.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some keep the site working. Others help us understand what's useful and what isn't. You're in control of the optional ones, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

What we use, by category

Strictly necessary & functional

Required for the site to function, like remembering your region and your colour-mode choice. We also use LiveChat to power our customer-service chat, which sets functional cookies so a conversation can carry on. These are always on so the site and our support work as expected.

Analytics

Helps us understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We use Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Analytics), Metricool, and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session recordings that show how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve the layout). These are on by default and you can opt out below.

We also use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so it runs without consent and there's nothing to opt out of. It just gives us aggregate, anonymous counts of page visits.

Marketing

Lets us measure and improve the ads we run, and understand which businesses visit us. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and ZoomInfo. These are on by default and you can opt out below.

Managing your choices

Tracking is on by default, and you can switch any category off at any time. Reopen your preferences here:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some necessary cookies may be reset the next time you visit.
