A brand you can hold is a brand you can feel.
Physical connection is the gap every brand should be losing sleep over.
Somewhere under all the noise is a person who's tired of being a data point. Targeting got smarter, feeds got faster, performance pressure got greater, and the thing people actually crave got rarer: connection. To be considered. To feel like someone on the other end gave a damn.
That's why some merch ends up in the junk drawer, a donation bin, or a trash can. Not because the product was cheap, though often it was. Because the thinking stopped at the purchase order. Because it was meaningless.
Intentional, physical goods are the last real chance a brand has to be felt, instead of just seen. An object in the hand is only as powerful as the thinking behind it. Thoughtless makes a landfill. Considered makes a moment. The difference was never the product. It was the intention.
