We're not a swag company. We never really were.
The people, the story, and the obsession behind the work.
We spent nearly two decades being called a swag company. Fair. But the label was always too small.
Somewhere between the first order and the 3,000th client, the label stopped fitting. Because what we’re actually in the business of isn’t stuff. It’s what the stuff does.
Merch is the rare marketing channel that lives in people’s hands, hearts, and homes. It doesn’t interrupt a moment. It becomes one. Treat it like a throwaway, and that’s exactly what it becomes. Treat it like it matters, and it earns a place most marketing never gets near.
A gift that makes someone feel seen. A product release people line up for. An onboarding kit that says “you made the right call” before day one even starts. Those aren’t products. They’re moments. And moments are what people feel, keep, and remember.
The merch industry optimized for volume, speed, and price. We optimized for the three seconds it takes someone to decide whether your brand is worth keeping.
That’s the whole job. Not the merch. The moment. Different game entirely.
Got a moment worth making?
Start a projectTwenty years. One stubborn belief.
Brand Blvd didn't start as a strategy. It started as a disagreement with how the whole industry worked.
Two founders, one contrarian POV.
They were opposites in almost every way, except one stubborn belief: merch could be more than a throwaway. The industry was comfortable doing things the way it always had. They weren’t. In 2007, they bet a company on it.
The Build
What started as four people in a small shop became a creative department and a fulfillment operation. Our standard never moved.
From commodity to community.
This was the stretch where culture became the point. We stopped acting like a company that sold a commodity and started building one people wanted to belong to - staff and clients alike. The merch was the product. The people were why it was good.
The new HQ
When the world tilted, we doubled down and built a home to match. Not a unit we grew into. A headquarters designed on purpose, around the work and the people who do it. It mirrored something bigger in our heads: the work wasn’t about the product. It was about the moment the product created. So we started designing the building, and the merch, the same way. With intention.
70+ people. 3k clients. Two countries.
A bigger operation, built on the same belief we opened with: merch is only worth making if it’s worth keeping.
The whole thing runs on a team full of people who give a damn.
Designers, thinkers, sourcers, shippers, fixers. Seventy-something people, not one of them fluent in "good enough."
