The Blvd of Brandies.
Brandie (noun): It started as a nickname, and stuck because it captures something a job title can't. It's the people who treat your brand like it's their own. Designers, thinkers, pickers, packers, problem solvers, shippers, fixers, and a few office dogs. The ones who read the brief twice, sweat an embroidery nobody asked about, and treat your logo like it's going on their own chest. This is a team that will push the limits to make sure your merch matters.
We're fully obsessed, and constitutionally incapable of phoning it in.
One team, two countries, one standard.
We water our Brandies and watch them grow.
Yes, that's a real job here. Yes, it matters.
Chris Sinclair
CEO & Owner · Leadership
Born and raised on a farm north of Owen Sound, Chris headed to Niagara to complete his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Through hard work and determination he went on to build a successful company and received many accolades along the way, but through it all we can assure you that Chris is still a country boy at heart and has never forgotten where he comes from.
Chris is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and is heavily involved in philanthropic endeavors. In addition to donating his time and resources to multiple causes, he is also the co-founder of the Niagara Golf Marathon and Niagara Cyclethon.
A self-proclaimed sponge, Chris is as curious as they come and has a thirst for knowledge that can never be quenched. He always has a book and podcast on the go, loves reading articles, doing research and picking people’s brains.
When Chris isn’t slaying life in general, he enjoys traveling, working out and spending quality time with his wife, Stephanie, their adorable son, Benjamin, and Norman the pot-cake, who also happens to be our Barketing Manager!

Natalie Molen
VP of Sales, Canada · Leadership · Sales
Growing up in a family of scientists, Natalie did not follow suit. She left home after high school to study Communications and Business at Wilfrid Laurier University. After graduation, she took a slight detour and spent six weeks backpacking in Southeast Asia before falling in love with everything Brand Blvd had to offer.
Natalie volunteers for Gillian’s Place and the Canadian Mental Health Association. She is also a past recipient of Brand Blvd’s prestigious Peer-to-Peer Award for her outgoing, friendly attitude and willingness to help out whenever needed.
When she’s not changing her nail polish color every two seconds, Natalie loves getting her hands dirty renovating her house or pinning DIY’s she’ll never actually get around to, snuggling her dog Bunker and being a social butterfly.
Jill Pascuzzi
VP of Sales, US · Leadership · Sales
Meet Jill, our smart, punctual, organized, get-things-done dynamo!
Hailing from Niagara Falls, Jill attended Brock University for Psychology and Accounting and then proceeded to have an extremely successful career in sales. We’re not sure if it was the mindset or the math that led her down this career path but we’re sure glad it did!
She may be all business at the office but her home life is quite the opposite. Jill resides on an acre of property in the country where she lives with her husband Nick, son Brody and her dog Henry. But there’s more. They also have chickens and a duck that they lovingly called Pico “The Guy-Yo” only to discover later on that Pico is actually a girl!
Jill is incredibly organized, loves problem solving and has a photographic memory. She also has a sweet tooth, which is apparent as she always has candy at her desk! During Jill’s downtime, she loves spending time with the fam, camping, watching documentaries and working on macrame projects when this busy gal can find the time.
Bryan Caporicci
VP of Growth & Innovation · Leadership · Growth
Meet Bryan, a true Niagara native with innovation pulsing through his veins. After earning degrees in computer science and business at Brock University, Bryan began a remarkable journey behind the camera—spending two decades capturing the moments that matter most as a sought-after wedding and portrait photographer. But Bryan wasn't content to just frame stories; he set out to shape an industry.
Thirteen years ago, he launched a SaaS built for photographers, scaled it across the globe, and transformed it into a multi-million dollar company—culminating in a successful exit in 2024. Not one to rest on his laurels, Bryan’s curiosity for all things tech, automation, and AI burned brighter than ever.
Brand Blvd needed a growth-minded automation junkie. Bryan needed a new playground with purpose. It was a perfect fit. Whether he’s dialing up marketing, wrangling workflows, or building tools that help the teams look like superheroes (inside and out), Bryan brings his signature blend of passion, smarts, and drive to everything he does.
When he’s not leading the charge on automation projects or brainstorming the next big thing, you’ll find Bryan exploring Niagara with his family, geeking out over the latest tech, or tinkering with new ideas that keep him—and Brand Blvd—on the cutting edge.

Courtney Tobon
Manager, Sales Development · Sales
Meet Courtney our book loving Brandie that was a librarian before joining our team. Baby got backs, paperbacks that is, so read the next paragraph to Sir-Mix-a Lot, you know the tune...
She likes big books and she cannot lie, from horror stories to sci-fi, and when a book comes in with a good plot base and a big spine in her face, she gets sprung, never hands it in late, cause she always meets the due date. Deep in the bio she’s reading, she’s hooked and she can’t stop speeding, through, baby, she’s lovin’ that literature, not in it for the pictures, she says “stories don’t just entertain me, reading all this stuff makes me so brainy!”
Ok, so we don't know if Courtney used to twerk to that song back in the day, but we can tell you that she's one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. She's gifted with the natural ability to talk to others and always has a tale to tell. There’s that chapter in her life where she moved with her hubby on a whim to New Brunswick and they instantly fell in love with the lifestyle, food and culture of east coast living (she could talk about that for hours!), or just ask her about mom life with three boys and her mini Goldendoodle, June.
If Courtneys interests were in a bookstore she would be found in the coffee, gardening or cross-stitching section.
Chris Lorence
Executive Director, Business Development · Sales
Upon arriving at Brand Blvd, the name Chris was already taken by the man in charge. By unanimous office vote, this Chris will henceforth be known as “C-Lo.” C-Lo studied Business at Brock University and fine-tuned his natural talent for individualization through a variety of colorful professional placements prior to landing a spot on the Brand Blvd team.
C-Lo likes to keep active mentally and physically. Instinctively inquisitive, he stays informed via social media and a variety of news outlets. Taking particular interest in sports, C-Lo is an active fan and participant. He enjoys himself on the field, playing soccer, football and softball, and tries his best on the rink with hockey.
C-Lo loves spending time with his fiancée, Kerry, and their dog, Ellie, the mini Golden Doodle. He likes Mexican and Greek cuisine, dislikes mushrooms and gin, and has a healthy fear of squirrels.
Tanner Wilson
Executive Director, Business Development · Sales
After graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Physical Education, Tanner worked in the wine industry before finding his way to Brand Blvd and he’s been crushing it here ever since.
Tanner is an incredibly social person and loves to gather with friends and family at every opportunity. He’s also a big foodie, and loves to cook. He’s known around here for his “Burger Fridays” in the summer. We’re not talking frozen burger. They are made from scratch, incredibly gourmet and we all look forward to seeing the next creation posted on his Instagram every Friday night!
On his downtime, Tanner loves spending time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and his dog, Tequila. He really doesn’t need much else —well, except for Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. He puts that “stuff” on everything!
Nathan Beach
Executive Director, Business Development · Sales
Firstly, we would like to clarify that this guy is not Dion Phaneuf, the defenceman for the LA Kings. It’s just his doppelgänger. Nathan hears this on the regular and if you meet Nathan in person, the similarities are eerie!
His life path didn’t lead him to the NHL but close enough. It took him to Niagara College instead, where he earned his diploma in Business - Sales and Marketing and won the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association National Scholar Award for excellence in athletics and academics. After graduating, Nathan was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to live and work in Sydney, Australia. Without hesitation, he packed his bags and flew off to the Down Under with his girlfriend, Kerissa. After five years of barbecuing, beaching and loving the Aussie life, he decided it was time to boomerang back to Niagara to start a family. Kerissa and Nathan are now married and have two beautiful daughters.
Nathan is a self-confessed sports nut. He can often be found playing sports, watching sports and talking about sports, sometimes all at the same time! He also hits the gym on the regular, enjoys live, acoustic concerts and has a healthy fear of heights.

Allison Goode
Senior Account Manager · Sales
Before she became a Brand Specialist Extaordinaire, Allison attended Niagara College and graduated with a diploma in Sales and Marketing. She’s also a graduate of Leadership Niagara, an innovative program that brings together individuals who are recognized as emerging and aspiring leaders. And she’s a past recipient of the prestigious 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award.
Being married with two young children and two dogs has not slowed this girl down one bit! Allison has endless energy and her social calendar is always full. From having friends over to watch the Bills game, attending concerts, and planning family activities or gatherings, she is literally superwoman and does everything with a kind word and a smile on her face. What keeps her going? Excessive amounts of chocolate and reality shows, of course!
Meredith Johnston
Senior Account Manager · Sales
Growing up in Niagara with three older brothers, Meredith decided to spread her wings and head to Ottawa where she spent three years working after college. A real mama’s girl, she eventually came home to be closer to her tight knit fam.
Mere can often be found out with her friends sampling beer and tasty eats at all the fine restaurants Niagara has to offer. Maybe it’s because of her magnetic smile, but she rarely goes out without seeing someone she knows.
When she’s not painting the town red, Meredith is happiest when she’s at the cottage, surrounded by friends, family and, of course, wine. She also dabbles in volleyball, soccer and golf, and loves being a spectator at sporting events.
Darryl "Moose" Norris
Senior Account Manager · Sales
Originally from Edmonton, Darryl grew up in St. Catharines where he spent most of his childhood at the hockey rink. He was a body-checking champ, which is how he got his nickname, Moose. It's stuck ever since.
After high school, Moose attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he attained a double degree in Political Science and History.
Moose brings a lot of experience to the table and has previously worked in sales, trades and the hospitality business. Moose has finally found the job he loves here at Brand Blvd and digs growing with the company.
Moose is known for having an incredibly infectious personality and can make new friends faster than the speed of light! He loves to play hockey, hang out with friends and volunteer his time. Moose’s biggest accomplishments so far? Those would be the girls who keep him on his toes; the ones that have him wrapped around their fingers, his daughters, Athena and Fiona.
Adam Quait
Senior Account Manager · Sales
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Adam’s biggest flex isn’t his arms. It’s actually his many years of sales experience and his instantly likeable personality. A graduate of Niagara College’s Sales and Marketing program, we are pumped he decided to join the Brand Blvd team!
When he’s not in beast mode, this guy likes to bulk up his weekends watching and playing sports, golfing, attending country concerts, hanging with friends, playing video games and spending quality time with his black Lab, Wilson.
Don’t let the tough guy look fool you, though. Adam has a warm, friendly demeanour and is very approachable. He’s a big teddy bear and the first to admit that although he likes scary movies, he’s a sucker for films that get you in the feels. He isn’t shy about shedding a tear or two.
Oh, and did we mention that Adam likes going to the gym? Not sure if you picked up on that.
Chantelle Sirignano
Senior Account Manager · Sales
Before joining our team, this Brandie was a professional drug dealer.
OK, so now that we have your attention we would like to clarify that prior to Brand Blvd, Chantelle worked for seven years as a licensed Pharmacy Technician at a local hospital. We assure you there is nothing sketchy about her!
When you meet Chantelle you will quickly realize why this Niagara College graduate decided to make a career move. She’s extremely vibrant, outgoing and social, and was looking for a place where her personality could really shine. We agree this girl was meant to be in front of people!
Chantelle is always looking for ways to burn off the insane amount of energy she has. An avid cyclist, she loves to spend hours riding throughout the Niagara region. When she isn’t on her bike, she is often hiking or trail running. This girl is always on the move!
On the rare occasion Chantelle is in chill-pill mode and able to sit still for more than five minutes, she loves to patio, laugh until her sides hurt — it’s the best medicine — eat spicy food and read non-fiction novels.
Tyler Hale
Senior Account Manager · Sales
With a Bachelor of Business - Golf Management from Georgian College, our Brandie Tyler has had quite the sales career. He’s sold beer, boats and now, he sells branding!
Tyler is an avid golf enthusiast who has been swinging a club since he was eight years old. In fact, he's a self-proclaimed golf addict! When he's not teeing off, Tyler loves exploring the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, skiing, and cottage life. Tyler lived in Kelowna, BC, for four years, being an outdoors guy; the wildlife, trails, and mountains made for a memorable time in his life that he will never forget.
Tyler's passion for travel is as impressive as his swing. He's checked off every province in Canada from his bucket list and has even ventured beyond the borders to Costa Rica, Mexico, Ireland and the UK. In university, he embarked on a memorable golf trip to Scotland, where he played on picturesque courses. And if that's not enough, Tyler escapes to Florida every winter, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying some quality relaxation (and surprise, surprise), squeezes in a golf game or two!
Sports are a big part of Tyler's life. As an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan, he bleeds blue and is always up for discussing the latest hockey highlights. Besides hockey, he follows Formula 1 racing with enthusiasm, constantly keeping up with the high-speed action.
When he's not on the green or glued to a TV screen watching sports, Tyler is all about good vibes and good tunes. Country music sets the soundtrack for his life while he’s loving life with his Fiancée, exploring the region for food and brewery joints and spending time with family and friends.
Lindsey Queen
Account Manager · Sales
Have you ever met someone who’s instantly likeable and they give off the most amazing vibes? Well, if you’ve met Lindsey then you would know exactly what that feels like!
As a young girl, Lindsey wanted to be two things in her life: A mom and an actress. You will be happy to know that Lindsey is now an amazing mother to two adorable kids. As far as lighting up the big screen, as fate would have it, a friend of hers wrote and produced an indy horror film some years back and Lindsey was cast as one of the main characters. Just like any good ol’ slasher film — spoiler alert — we have to tell you that she died a very dramatic and grizzly death! It didn’t win any Oscars and she’s not walking the red carpet in Cannes right now but she’s a superstar in our eyes and we will always give her two thumbs up.
When Lindsey isn’t driving her kids all over town for an insane amount of extra curricular activities, she loves to spend her “me time” eating white pizza, watching rom-coms on Netflix and cuddling her miniature Schnauzer, Mumford.

Britt Barker
Account Manager · Sales
Meet Britt, our Account Manager with a talent for bringing brands to life, and the Pinterest boards to match. Before stepping into the marketing world, she spent four years skating across the globe with Disney on Ice and even represented Team Canada in synchronized skating, casually winning a silver medal in France.
She’s worked with some of the biggest names; Toronto Maple Leafs, Molson Coors, Disney, you name it but these days, she’s all about cottage weekends, DIY projects with her handy husband, and making memories with their two kids.
Her must-haves? A proper cup of Earl Gray, a fully stocked snack stash (mom life), and the occasional Disney or Wicked sing-along. With creativity, energy, and a story for every occasion, Britt is always ready for the next big idea, just don’t expect her to sit still for too long!
Sebastian Loreti
Account Manager · Sales
Meet Sebastian, one of our Sales Development Reps and a lifelong sports enthusiast. Born and raised in Burlington, he studied Sports Management at Niagara College and spent his early years playing competitive hockey at high levels until he was 19. These days, you’ll still find him lacing up his skates for a game of pond hockey with friends and family—his all-time favorite pastime.
Sebastian’s love for adventure goes beyond the rink. He’s traveled to incredible destinations around the world and is always up for an outdoor adventure, especially hiking. But no matter where life takes him, his die-hard loyalty to the Toronto Maple Leafs remains unshakable—he’s a firm believer in Captain Auston Matthews leading the way to victory.
When he’s not cheering from the stands at live sporting events or working out with friends, you’ll find Sebastian hanging out with the most important things in his life: family and friends. With his upbeat energy, team-player mentality, and passion for connecting with people, Sebastian is always ready to bring his best game to the Brand Blvd team.
Amy Koenig
Account Manager · Sales
Meet Amy, a customer service champ who’s equal parts energetic and easygoing. Born and raised in Burlington, she studied in the Law Clerk program at Niagara College before finding her groove in customer service.
A former competitive figure skater, Amy knows how to stay cool under pressure. She’s also biked through scenic farming towns in Germany—a trip she’ll never forget—and loves staying active, whether she’s working out or hunting down the best wings in town. Just don’t offer her potatoes...they’re not on the menu.
In her downtime, Amy’s all about catching up on reality TV, hanging with her cat, or spicing up her meal with a dash of Frank’s RedHot—she puts that $#!t on everything! With her sharp attention to detail and upbeat attitude, Amy is always ready to help and makes every interaction feel effortless.
Sarah Scott
Manager, Inside Sales · Sales
In addition to graduating from Brock University with an honors degree in Business Communication and attending George Brown College for Fashion Management, Sarah has still managed to travel to more than 30 countries in her lifetime.
She’s toured the Tower of London, snorkelled the Great Barrier Reef, rode through the desert on a camel in Dubai, sipped Guinness in Ireland, walked amongst the cherry blossoms in Japan, skied the Swiss Alps, attended the opera in Vienna, driven the Autobahn in Germany, eaten haggis in Scotland (#regretted), discovered a Tim Hortons in Barcelona, and stood amongst the ruins of Stonehenge. Wow, this girl has lived!
Sarah is decisive and knows what she likes. She’s particular about her hair, prefers German-made cars and needs cold brew coffee and tinted lip balm to survive. When it’s time to couch, Sarah loves to cheer on the Leafs and Penguins and binge the latest Marvel content, all while snuggling with her Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Dennis.
Bayden Bell
Account Manager, Inside Sales · Sales
Bayden’s the name, and globe-trotting is his game!
Hailing from a quaint coastal village in South Africa, this Brandie has been fortunate to visit over thirty countries in his lifetime. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting him, be sure to ask him about his adventures, as he has a lot of stories to tell! We’re sure glad he has the travel bug, as a chance encounter with a stranger in Greece led him right here to Brand Blvd!
While visiting a gyros restaurant in Santorini, Bayden sparked up a conversation with a tourist who happened to work at Brand Blvd! After having a wonderful chat about life and work, Bayden was intrigued after hearing about BB and our cool office vibe. A few months later, he sent us a job application, and the rest is history. Now, that is one life-changing Gyros!
That’s not the only life-changing trip he’s been on. Bayden met a fellow Canadian on a trip to Thailand and proposed to her a few years later in the beautiful Caymen Islands. We are pleased to inform you she did say yes, and they now have a beautiful daughter called Brynn.
When Bayden isn’t visiting warm tropical destinations, he can be found enjoying a craft beer or two, watching sports or true crime documentaries. Bayden dislikes green vegetables, big spiders and has a strong opinion on people who put their chairs back when it’s mealtime on a plane…so don’t be that guy!
Katrina Leach
Sales Coordinator · Sales
Ranking extremely high on the extrovert scale, Katrina is our talkative, energetic, outgoing and gregarious Brandie!
She may have been raised in Niagara and attended Niagara College, but we can assure you she’s seen so much more of the world. This girl loves to travel and has had some pretty cool experiences. A few highlights are the time she hiked the Continental Divide in Panama — and yes, she actually camped overnight in the jungle — the time she flew to Los Angeles to go to the Ellen Degeneres Show, and her multiple trips to Disney because, well, who doesn’t love Disney?!
Katrina and her guy are avid hikers and can often be found with their fur baby, Yeti the Boxer, on the weekends checking out the many amazing trails our region has to offer. Outside of that, as long as Katrina has family, friends and a fresh brew first thing in the morning, she’s living her best life.

Krystal Morgan
Sales Coordinator · Sales
Born and raised in Niagara, Krystal attended Brock University for Recreation and Leisure Studies and Niagara College for Event Management.
Krystal is an only child and she’s not shy about saying she has loved every minute of it. No sibling drama, no hand-me-downs and no one to tattle on her! Needless to say, Krystal is very close with her parents and deeply rooted when it comes to family.
A walking oxymoron at times, Krystal loves being around people but loves alone time. She loves the summer for the sunshine but dislikes the heat. She also doesn’t care for the cold, either. There is just no pleasing her! Despite not being happy with the temperature 99 percent of the time, she is such a wonderful person to be around as long as she layers her outfits!
There are some things Krystal can’t live without. A dance floor is where she is happiest and loves nothing more than dancing the night away. She is also obsessed with pasta, sushi and French fries, and says she could just eat those for the rest of her life and be satisfied.
Tymara Goldwin

She’s obsessed with summer, dreams of Greece (cue Mamma Mia soundtrack), and never says no to dessert.Catch her cheering loud at a hockey game, jamming to everything from Def Leppard to country, or cozied up for a scary movie (just don’t ask her to deal with blood—she’ll be on the floor). Sweet, spunky, and always ready to help, Tymara brings a whole lot of heart to the Brand Blvd crew.

Vhinz Pardo
Sales Coordinator · Sales
Vhinz is a multitasking powerhouse who somehow balances project management, parenting three kids (spanning toddler to teenager), and a deep love for all things Korean. Seriously—she speaks basic Korean, spent 10 years teaching Korean students, and even turned her passion for Korean cuisine into a small business selling homemade kimchi. If there were a K-drama about her life, it would be called The Kimchi Chronicles: Juggling Projects & Parenthood Like a Pro.
But while she’s got the patience to teach and the skill to run a business, there’s one thing she simply cannot tolerate—loud chewing. Mild selective sound sensitivity syndrome means that every exaggerated crunch and slurp is pure agony… and yet, fate has a sense of humour, because she’s married to one of the loudest eaters she knows.
When she’s not managing projects or attempting to enjoy a meal in peace, Vhinz is busy running a household that never slows down. Life is a whirlwind of work, kids, and everything in between—but she wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Erica Reid
Sales Development Rep · Sales
Meet Erica—energetic, dedicated, patient, and caring. Add Uber driver and cheerleader to the mix and this can only mean one thing…hockey mom!
Seriously, we don’t know how she does it! Erica is the proud mother of two sports loving kids (that are her world) and when she isn’t at BBHQ, Erica can be found at the hockey arena pretty much seven days a week! Although thinking about this schedule would give the average person hives, Erica loves nothing more watching and cheering on her kids from the sidelines. #momoftheyear
When Erica does have time to herself, she enjoys family time, decorating, going out for dinner and wine in her life is a must. Erica is incredibly organized (she has to be with her schedule!) and swears by old fashion pen and paper checklists. Erica will always look for the best parking spot, loves cutting the grass and will only buy candles and soaps that smell like mens cologne.
Megan Lake
Sales Development Rep · Sales
Meet our Brandie, Megan. There is no denying that from the moment you meet her, you will instantly feel at ease. She has a chill way about her and is incredibly easy to talk to. This can be attributed to the fact she is well-rounded with a variety of interests and life experiences.
A lover of learning, Megan attended Brock University for Philosophy and Dramatic Arts and Niagara College for Sales and Marketing. She also went to school for aesthetics and she’s a certified personal trainer.
Now that we’ve established her brain is a sponge, get this: Megan loves the movie Dirty Dancing and she can actually recite the whole movie, word for word without missing a beat. That’s impressive! We were wondering why she walks into the office every day holding a watermelon.
Megan is a homebody at heart and lives for her Friday night ritual of movies, nachos and diet Pepsi —it’s her happy place. The one thing that will always get her out for a night on the town, though, is a concert! Elton John, Cher and KISS are a few of her favorites and she is always planning the next one.

Sales Support · Sales
Meet Clarish, the multitasking master of sales support and the ultimate pro at balancing work, family, and just the right amount of online shopping. She originally pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing but somewhere between textbooks and clinicals, she discovered a different passion—sales!
Now a proud work-from-home mom of two, Clarish has mastered the art of keeping up with fast-paced sales while still having impromptu dance parties and singalongs with her boys. She might not call herself a pro at singing or sports, but that doesn’t stop her from belting out tunes and playing like a champ.
When she’s not supporting the sales team, you’ll find her binge-watching series, catching up on cooking shows, or indulging in some well-deserved retail therapy. And if she ever needs a mood boost, her husband knows exactly what to do—just take her out for some Japanese or Korean food, and all is right in the world again.

Amanda Cicero
Senior Graphic Designer · Growth
Meet Amanda, our Senior Graphic Designer and fearless captain of our rockstar design squad. Born and raised in Stoney Creek, Ontario, she graduated with honors from Mohawk College’s Advanced Graphic Design program in 2016 and kicked off her career right on campus with the Mohawk Students’ Association before cruising her way over to Brand Blvd.
When she’s not leading the charge on bold, eye-catching design, Amanda’s all about quality time with the fam. She creates epic Comic Con costumes with her mom, hits classic car shows with her dad in his ’73 Mach 1 Mustang (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds), and enjoys long, scenic motorcycle rides with her partner. Let’s not forget her love for her fur-babies—Cosmo the pup and cats Lucky and Willow.
Amanda’s got range! She’s been the lead vocalist in a show choir, paints like a modern-day Picasso, is an avid thrift store treasure hunter and is quite the gearhead with her passion for automotive culture. She’s also big on gaming, jammin’ out to everything from rock n’ roll to broadway musicals, exploring the outdoors like a real-life Lara Croft, and indulging in delicious tacos to celebrate the week’s hard work on what she calls “Fiesta Fridays”.
And if that’s enough to love, she gives back too—volunteering as a mentor for youth diagnosed with Crohn’s and Colitis at McMaster Children’s Hospital, a cause close to her heart as an IBD warrior herself. Creative, compassionate, and the kind of leader who inspires us with both her talent and heart, Amanda keeps our design team thriving and our creativity flowing.

Growing up around the corner from Brand Blvd HQ, Mike finally joined his friendly neighborhood branding team in 2016. After graduating from Business at Brock University, he completed the marketing post-graduate program at George Brown College in Toronto. Mike plans on traveling the world one destination at a time, but will always return to his roots here in the region.
With a distaste for downtime, you’ll rarely see Mike idle. Whether he’s playing or watching, during off-hours, you’ll likely find him engaged in a sporting event. He grew up playing baseball, soccer, hockey, squash and recently picked up volleyball. He cheers for the Leafs, Jays and Steelers in person or perched on a stool at one of our local craft breweries.Don’t let first impressions fool you! This bashful beau warms up quickly and never shies from sharing a laugh, a pitcher, or a pepperoni and hot pepper pizza.
Brandon McKee
Manager, Logistics + Warehouse · Operations
Hailing from Paris, Ontario but wanting to level up, Brandon headed to Niagara College to study Game Development. In his final year, he was part of a team that created a virtual reality game that won Game of the Year. Brandon is a human sponge. He loves listening to podcasts, genuinely getting to know others and reading non-fiction. He has a very healthy shoe collection (*cough* obsession) and, as if he doesn’t do enough heavy lifting at Brand, he’s an avid gym-goer.Brandon loves home-cooked meals and is often found cooking up a storm (we love his homemade bagel bread!). When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him hiking and biking around the many trails that Niagara has to offer.
Ryann Lampman
Controller · Operations
Two, four, six, eight, this girl can depreciate!
Yes, that’s terrible accounting humour, we know, but how many accountants can say they were a competitive cheerleader growing up? This girl can! Ryann traveled across North America for more than eight years competing in nationals and world level competitions. Ryann was the flyer girl on her squad, which basically means she was the one getting thrown into the air and holding poses at terrifying heights. So, naturally she was a perfect fit for accounting because, ya know, she has good balance.
To her credit, Ryann has a degree in Accounting from the University of Guelph and she’s one of our greatest assets. She truly is a lady on the streets and a freak in the spreadsheets!
Ryann has an incredibly vibrant and magnetic personality and enjoys Taylor Swift, attending concerts, bingeing true crime documentaries and podcasts. She does have another side to her, though. She loves to bake, craft and crochet, which is why her boyfriend playfully calls her Grandma Ry!
Ashlyn Macoretta
Executive Assistant · Operations
You may not expect your finance clerk to have once been a high-flying, snowboarding, restaurant-managing adventurer, but that’s exactly who Ashlyn is. Born and raised in St. Catharines, she took a detour from crunching numbers to serve drinks at 30,000 feet before realizing business admin was more her speed.
Outside of work, you can find Ashlyn shredding the slopes, curled up with a book, or trying to convince people that being vegetarian doesn’t mean she survives on lettuce alone. She runs on coffee, peanut butter, and the sheer power of The Force—because, yes, her Star Wars box set is a non-negotiable life essential.
With a love for animals (especially her dog) and the great outdoors, Ashlyn is as grounded as she is adventurous. Just don’t ask her to pick between hitting the slopes and a cozy night in with her Nintendo Switch—because, honestly, she’ll take both.

Kerissa Beach
Customer Service Rep · Operations
Kerissa was a small town girl, livin’ in a lonely world. (Seriously, the village where she grew up was tiny.) After high school, she took the midnight train to Niagara College where she earned diplomas in Police Foundations and General Arts and Science. She later went on to meet a city boy, who did not grow up in South Detroit, and they are now married with two kids.
You know the song. But we won’t stop believin’ that BB is where she was meant to be and her Journey thus far has been a fun one! She’s lived in Australia, was the Canadian junior discus record holder that earned her an OFSAA gold medal and —flex alert —she once served Prince Harry a burger and fries when she worked in a fine dining restaurant.
Kerissa enjoys playing sports, loves camping and spending time at the beach with her family. She’s obsessed with detangling things like fine chains and slinkies. She also likes street lights, people and her other interests go on and on and on and on…

Joel Anderson
Warehouse Supervisor · Operations
Born and raised in St. Catharines, this guy graduated from Niagara College with a degree in Business Sales and Marketing.
When Joel finished high school, he packed his bags and moved to Alberta for two years where he worked at Lake Louise Ski Resort. He will tell you it was an amazing experience and one he will never forget. Plus he got to snowboard pretty much every day! No stranger to hard work, he also worked in the food industry and fell in love with the art of pizza-making. We’re not talking about throwing toppings on a pre-made crust, People. This guy can spin pizza dough like a pro. Yes, he can do that thing! After a hard week at work, Joel loves to spend his down time looking for new trails to hike, hanging out with his Golden Retriever, Billie, and watching true crime documentaries —because nothing soothes the soul more than learning about serial killers and what they have done to people. (Sorry, that was a bad joke but we had to take a stab at it).
AliceMary Foster
Fulfillment Coordinator · Operations
Hailing from Kampala, Uganda, AliceMary moved to Canada in 2013. Being a driven individual who loves meeting new people, she unsurprisingly became the student union president at Niagara College while enrolled in the Graphic Design program.
AliceMary has a love of the outdoors, lifestyle photography and playing every sport she can. From basketball, soccer, swimming, snowboarding and even skateboarding, there is nothing this girl won’t try!
As if those things don’t keep her busy enough, she also hosts her own podcast where she interviews trailblazing women who are breaking down barriers and changing the world. AliceMary would tell you her dream interview is Michelle Obama, and if you get to know how tenacious AliceMary is we won’t be surprised if she makes this happen.
When she’s not participating in sports, talking into a microphone or slaying her day at the office, AliceMary loves spending time with her husband and her two younger sisters. She also enjoys watching first responder TV shows with Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago PD being her faves.

Kozette Casildo
Production Designer · Operations
Meet Kozette, our certified creative caffeine addict! If you ever spot her deep in design mode, chances are she’s got a cup of coffee (or matcha, if she’s feeling virtuous) within arm’s reach. Fun fact: her artist name, Kophi Creations, was born out of her love for coffee—though ironically, caffeine has zero effect on her. But hey, it’s the ritual that counts, right?
Hailing from Malolos City, Philippines, Kozette brings a world of artistic flair to Brand Blvd. A proud De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde grad, she’s always got a sketchpad full of ideas, a playlist full of BTS and Enhypen bops, and a bookshelf stacked with stories. Speaking of books—she powered through 50 last year! That’s not just a hobby, that’s a commitment.
When she’s not designing, reading, or curating her ever-growing K-Pop album collection, you’ll find her painting, jamming to jazz and bossa nova, or tuning into self-growth podcasts. Whether she’s learning, creating, or dancing like nobody’s watching, Kozette pours her whole heart into everything she does—just like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
Niccolo Inocencio
Production Designer · Operations
Meet Nicco, a lifelong visual artist turned full-time creative, and now one of our talented Graphic Designers. A proud graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, one of the top universities in the Philippines, but his creative journey began long before—legend has it he picked up a pencil at the young age of two and never let go.
Based in Cainta City, Nicco brings a thoughtful intensity to every project. Whether he’s sketching ideas in his ever-present pocket sketchbook, learning new languages, jamming on his guitar, or jogging outdoors to clear his head, he thrives in a rhythm of curiosity and calm. Known for being both tech-savvy and solution-oriented, Nicco combines his eye for detail with a practical mindset—often finding smart, unexpected ways to solve visual challenges.
A fan of mind-bending movies and quiet moments, he lets inspiration simmer beneath the surface until it’s time to bring his bold ideas to life. Always observing, always building, Nicco is the kind of designer who doesn’t just notice the details—he engineers them.
Geleen Lorica
Production Designer · Operations
Meet Geleen, one of our incredibly talented Graphic Designers and an adventurer at heart. If she’s not creating stunning designs, she’s probably somewhere out in the wild—running, hiking, or planning her next trek up a mountain.
She studied AB Multimedia Arts in Manila. But her education didn’t stop in the classroom—traveling became her greatest teacher. What started as a backpacking trip through Southeast Asia turned into a lifelong passion for exploring new cultures, chasing epic views, and pushing her limits. And when we say pushing her limits, we mean it—Geleen has trekked to Everest Base Camp. Twice. Oh, and her longest trek? 18 days. No internet. No phone signal. Just pure adventure.
As if that wasn’t impressive enough, she also ran her first marathon in 2023 and has her sights set on an ultra-marathon next. Running, hiking, and being outdoors aren’t just hobbies for her—they’re a form of meditation, a way to recharge, and, let’s be honest, probably how she gets all that creative inspiration.
With her love for nature, design, and pushing boundaries, Geleen brings a unique perspective to everything she creates. Whether she’s illustrating, exploring, or training for her next big adventure, one thing’s for sure—she’s always moving forward.

Emma Cosby-Costiff
Account Manager, E-Commerce · Programs
If you are unfamiliar with the Golden Snitch, Wingardium Leviosa and Platform Nine 3/4, this bio may sound riddikulus!
Meet Emma, our Harry Potter fan! Being a Muggle, Emma didn’t get her letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, so she decided to go to Niagara College for Game Development and Event Management instead.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with H-Potts, a Muggle is someone who doesn’t have magical abilities. We’re not completely convinced that Emma is actually a Muggle, though. She loves Halloween, crafting, is obsessed with cats, her favorite food is sandwitches and we have been under her spell ever since she got here...
Sirius-ly, though, this girl is a friendly, quirky and wonderful human to be around. She is easy to make friends, loves being creative and on her downtime enjoys wedding planning, playing video games, reading, camping and thrift shopping.
Emma also has a heart of gold and when it comes to giving. She is passionate about donating to her favorite charities, Lupus Ontario and Ronald McDonald House.
Sana Khan
Account Manager, E-Commerce · Programs
Meet Sana, our E-Commerce Account Manager and part-time email-proofreading perfectionist. Born in St. Catharines, she took a detour halfway around the world, living in Indonesia from age 9 to 18 before returning to study at McMaster University, where she earned her Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Sana’s life has been full of adventures—she’s traveled across Asia and Australia, and most recently, she lived her best life at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Toronto, sitting front row on the floor. (Yes, it was as magical as it sounds.)
Though she’s a lefty when it comes to writing and tennis, Sana does everything else with her right hand—call it ambidextrous talent! And fun fact: she’s yet another Brandie with a totally justified fear of birds. Seriously, they’re terrifying.
In her free time, you’ll find Sana hanging out with friends and family, watching the latest Bravo reality drama, or getting lost in her favorite music.
Alycia Williams
Account Manager, E-Commerce · Programs
When Alycia isn’t balancing e-commerce accounts, she’s surviving life with almost Irish twins (13 months apart—send coffee), yoga poses, and the occasional perfectly crafted old fashioned.
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, she’s lived in three different countries and once traveled to ten in just six months. If passports had frequent flyer miles, hers would be platinum. But for someone who loves to be in the clouds, you might be surprised to hear of her very real fear of birds (seriously, keep them away). She’s got a deep love for true crime, peanut butter (straight from the spoon, obviously), and her trusty planner—because, let’s be real, keeping two kids in order takes serious organization. And while she’s all about a cozy night in with an old movie and the fluffiest blanket known to humankind, don’t ask her to go to the movies—she’d rather stay home, where the snacks are better, and there’s no risk of someone blocking her view.
Kenyah Bennett
Account Manager, E-Commerce · Programs
Meet Kenyah, one of our friendly and multi-talented Customer Service Reps. Born in Mississauga and raised in Welland, she’s currently working toward her BA in Social Sciences at Brock University—when she’s not helping clients or chasing her two dogs, Calypso (a 120 lb gentle giant) and Zephyr (a 10 lb backseat driver).
With a background that blends Jamaican and Métis roots, Kenyah’s a Pokémon card collector, trumpet player (thanks, Squidward jokes), anime and K-drama fan, and full-on superhero enthusiast. She’s never broken a bone, never been stung by a bee, but does run up the stairs after turning off the lights—because the dark is still nope.
In her free time, you’ll find her paddle boarding, reading fantasy novels, or trying out new food (just don’t serve olives). Energetic, thoughtful, and always ready with a smile, Kenyah brings great vibes to every conversation.
Max Limson
Support Coordinator, E-Commerce · Programs
Meet Max, our Marketing Manager and resident sports enthusiast. Born and raised in Las Piñas City, he studied marketing at De La Salle University. When he’s not crafting campaigns, he’s out playing tennis, running, climbing, or trying out the latest sport.
Despite a childhood medical condition that led to the loss of an organ, Max hasn’t slowed down he’s always on the move. When he does take a break, you’ll find him unwinding with video games.
His must-have? Coffee. Lots of it.
With a sharp strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and an energy that keeps the team motivated, Max brings fresh ideas, dynamic leadership, and a results-driven approach to every project.
Kathryn Martinez
Graphic Designer · Programs
Meet Kath, our Graphic Designer with an eye for great design, an ear for music, and a heart that melts at the sight of any dog. Based in Quezon City, Philippines, Kath graduated Summa Cum Laude from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, where her love for visual design, tech, and human behavior came together to shape her passion for UI/UX.
Kath works closely with our e-commerce team to design beautiful, user-friendly online stores that don’t just look good—they feel good to use. She believes great design starts with empathy, and her mission is to create digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and genuinely helpful.
When she’s not designing beautiful graphics or building seamless user journeys, Kath’s probably learning a new violin piece by ear (she’s been playing since middle school), crafting her next cosplay inspired by her favorite anime, or crushing it in rhythm games, MOBAs, and sandbox worlds.
She can’t resist a cute dog video, always takes a moment to appreciate animals in the wild (or on the street, or in passing cars…), and has a natural curiosity that makes her a standout creative on our team.
Smart, thoughtful, and endlessly imaginative, Kath brings both artistry and empathy into everything she designs—and we’re lucky to have her!
