What we do

Everything we make, and everything that makes it.

Everything we create comes out of the same place: a machine built to make good things, reliably, at any size. Strategy, design, sourcing, production, warehousing, fulfillment, all talking to each other. It's the unglamorous part nobody shops for and everybody feels. When a project lands on time or a store just works, this is why.

The Goods

A gift. A kit. A custom product that didn't exist last quarter. A branded store with your name on it. The things you can name, hold, hand out, and point to. Some of it's a showpiece. Some of it's a box of really nice pens. All of it is held to the same standard.

Branded Merch

Sometimes you really do just need a good pen.

Or notebooks, or sweaters, or a thousand tote bags for the conference. The everyday stuff. That's not a lesser job, it's most of what keeps brands visible. The difference is we don't treat "simple" as "doesn't matter." The same eye that designs a one-off piece also picks the pen that feels good in the hand and prints clean every time. Good enough is never good enough. Especially here.

Curated Kits

Nobody remembers a grab-bag.

A kit is more than what’s inside. It’s the product, packaging, message, and reveal all working to make one moment land: the new hire’s first day, the client you want to keep, the milestone worth marking. We design the whole thing, because the difference between a gift and a grab-bag is whether someone thought about the person opening it.

Custom Products

Limited runs. Unlimited reward.

Just because it doesn’t exist doesn’t mean it couldn’t. Campaigns, collabs, and collectibles designed to feel like the missing piece of the story. We concept, design, engineer, and manufacture one-of-a-kind items. The whole road from "what if" to "here it is." When off-the-shelf won’t cut it, off-the-wall usually will.

Company Stores

They check out. You just check in.

Sometimes the answer isn't a delivery, it's a destination. We design, build and run branded company stores so your merch is just a click, or a step, away. Year-round online stores, limited-time pop-ups, self-serve redemption sites, and real-life retail. That get-it-before-it's-gone energy. Bilingual, multi-currency, inventory management, tiered access, CRM connected, self-served, merchandised, whatever you want. We handle the headaches. You get the credit, in all forms.

The System

The calm is yours. The chaos is ours.

Most merch operations are a relay race between a designer, supplier, printer, shipper, and whoever gets blamed last. Ours runs differently. Your account team holds the thread while strategy, design, production, and fulfillment coordinate behind the scenes. The flow is complicated. Your experience isn’t. One person to call. One team already talking.

Strategy

The brief behind the brief. We figure out what the merch needs to do before anyone picks a product.

Design

A full creative team under our own roof. Concepts, artwork, packaging, the whole look and feel.

Sourcing

A vetted supplier network and the production muscle to make it right. Quality checked, ethically sourced.

Fulfillment

Warehousing, kitting, pick-and-pack, and shipping, built to land intact at any scale.

The Gears

The machine behind the merch.

01

Merch Strategy

Before a single product is chosen, we ask the questions most skip. Who's this for? What should it make them feel? What's it actually supposed to accomplish? What does success look like? Strategy is where a merch program stops being a guess and starts being a plan. It's an informed opinion on how to win - the difference between ordering stuff and making something work.

02

Creative Design

Our creative studio isn't outsourced, it's down the hall. Concepts, artwork, product design, packaging, the works, all in-house. That's why the idea you sign off on is the idea that ships, not a watered-down version that got lost in a handoff. Design lives here, start to finish.

03

Sourcing

We source from a deep, vetted network across North America and beyond, then stay on production and decoration all the way through: materials, finishes, applications, and the details that separate "fine" from "wow." Quality-checked, ethically sourced, brand-aligned. The part nobody sees, holding up the part everybody does.

04

Fulfillment

Making it is half the job. Getting it there, on time, in one piece, at any volume, is the other half. Warehousing, inventory, kitting, pick-and-pack, and shipping, all run in-house. One gift or ten thousand, it goes out the door held to the same standard it was made with. The boring stuff, done so well you never think about it.

North America

Cross-border
concierge.

Two countries. One partner. Zero friction.

Most merch companies will happily ship across the border and let you eat the duties, the delays, and the customs surprises. That's not what we do. We don't ship to North America. We operate within it.

Real teams, real warehouses, and real supplier networks on both sides of the line. Canadian work sourced and shipped in Canada. American work sourced and shipped in America. No tariffs sprung on you at the last minute, no brokerage fees padding the invoice, no pallet stuck at the border while your launch date comes and goes.

It means your program lands the same whether it's headed to Toronto or Texas. Same standard, same speed, same local person running it. One brand, two countries, zero friction, and none of the headaches that usually come with crossing a line on a map.

Operational
Domestic sourcing and shipping in both countries. No customs delays, no surprise duties, no brokerage fees.
Footprint
Teams and fulfillment in Canada and the US. Warehousing in Ontario, Ohio, and Missouri.
Compliance
Fully squared with Canadian and US labor, privacy, and procurement rules. Both rulebooks, covered.
Upside
Faster rollouts, predictable timelines, consistent brand execution, and a lot less risk.
The Backbone

Strong ideas need stronger infrastructure.

A great idea is only as good as the supply chain behind it. Ours is deep on purpose. As part of the Facilisgroup network, we move with $1.6B in collective buying power behind us, which means better pricing, priority production when everyone's scrambling, and inventory access when the shelves elsewhere are bare. The fun stuff up top, the merch and the kits and the custom products, only works because this part never blinks. It's the least glamorous thing we do, and quietly the most important.

$1.6B Buying Power
Through the Facilisgroup network, the largest buying group in North American promo, we negotiate with weight most shops will never have. That means sharper pricing, deeper product access, and a seat at the table when supply gets tight.
Priority Production
Our long-standing relationships with tier-1 production houses earn priority service and preferred pricing, even in peak season and through supply shocks. When everyone else is waiting in line, we're already in the building.
Global Supplier Network
Vetted, industry-leading partners on every continent, ready for both domestic and direct-import needs. Every one quality-checked and compliance-cleared before it ever touches your brand.
Quality & Compliance
We don't take a supplier's word for it. Sampling, quality assurance, compliance testing, and ethical-manufacturing checks all run under our own oversight, so what ships is what was promised. (Members in good standing of PPAI, PPPC, ASI, and Facilisgroup, for the record.)

From cheapskate to keepsake

Merch people keep is merch that never becomes landfill. We design for longevity and everyday use, and lean on giveback product lines so the program does some good while it earns its keep.

Sustainable, not sacrificial

Responsible shouldn't read as boring. We work in materials with a story, apple-peel notebooks, ocean-bound plastic, FSC-certified packaging, and finish them like everything else we make.

How we run, too

It isn't just the product. We operate lean on paper and waste, print on post-consumer stock with responsible inks, and treat our people the way we expect our partners to treat theirs.

Accountability, not assumptions

A product is only as responsible as the supply chain behind it. Our partners carry EcoVadis ratings, B Corp status, ISO 14001, and Net Zero commitments, so your reporting holds up to scrutiny.

Branded Merch

Apparel, accessories, drinkware, bags, office goods, tech, wellness, event merch, premium gifts, printed materials, packaging, kits, uniforms, retail-inspired pieces, and fully custom products. The right mix depends on the audience, occasion, budget, and the standard you want to hit.

Almost certainly. The catalogue is a sliver of what's out there. We have a global supplier network, so tell us what you're picturing and we'll find it.

Yes, and we recommend it. A sample lets you check quality and confirm the item is exactly right before you commit. Ask your Brand Specialist and we'll get one to you.

A good one. We print logos at full resolution, so for most products we need vector art (.ai, .eps, or .svg). Not sure what you've got, or don't have a vector file? We'll sort it out, or build one for you.

Yes. One-time gifts, holiday and thank-you gifting, VIP mailers, sales enablement, and recurring programs, with product, packaging, personalization, kitting, and shipping handled.

Yes. Merch and kits for launches, campaigns, internal announcements, and activations, built so the physical piece feels like part of the story instead of an afterthought.

It depends on the product, but standard runs land in 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval. Need it faster? We work with suppliers who offer rush service, so tell us the date and we'll make it.

Kitting

Yes. Kitting, packing, custom packaging, inserts, and distribution to one address or many. It's how onboarding kits, event mailers, remote-team gifts, and campaign drops actually land.

It varies. Every kit is different, so minimums depend on the products and packaging you choose. Your Brand Specialist will confirm yours once we understand the project.

As early as you can. Sourcing, design, decoration, assembly, and shipping all take time. 30 to 45 days is ideal, though it depends on scope. Rush options exist when you need them.

Of course. Send us what you'd like included and we'll build it in.

We can. Postcards, brochures, hang tags, whatever you need, we'll make it.

Yes. We've got a clean, secure warehouse right here at Brand Blvd HQ, ready when you are.

Anywhere. We ship worldwide. Costs and timelines vary by destination.

Yes. Welcome kits that make a new hire feel equipped and connected from day one: apparel, desk essentials, culture pieces, a printed note, custom packaging. The kind of welcome that feels personal, not procedural.

Yes. Milestones, anniversaries, performance, team wins, culture moments. The goal is recognition that feels earned and specific, not something pulled off a shelf.

Company Stores

Yes. Online stores for employees, customers, dealers, franchisees, sales teams, or events: pop-up or year-round, with the inventory, approvals, user groups, and reporting the program actually needs.

If you want to streamline orders, hold brand consistency, simplify buying, or power a rewards program, a store is probably the answer. It does more than that too, so get in touch and we'll talk it through.

No, and that's the point. We build to your brand and your goals, with the features you actually need. Never more store than the job calls for.

Depends on the build. A full company store with everything running year-round needs 6 to 8 weeks. A short-term pop-up can be live a week after product approval.

Oh no, don't worry, we run it for you. Your users come to us with questions or orders, and we keep the site maintained, updated, and running.

Yes. A central program or company store lets HR, sales, marketing, events, and regional teams all order approved products while brand standards, budgets, and fulfillment stay organized.
